I'm a registered nurse turned doula, and I love supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. After a challenging first delivery and a transformative VBAC experience, I discovered my passion for helping others navigate their own journeys. My goal is simple: I want you to feel confident, informed, and truly supported -whatever your ideal birth looks like. I'm here to walk alongside you with care, love, and a whole lot of encouragement!

Birth Doula
$1,400
- 1-2 prenatal visits - During these meetings, we'll explore your birth preferences, dicuss comfort measures, and address any questions or concerns you may have to ensure you feel informed and empowered for your upcoming birth.
- Unlimited Phone and text support - Available throughout your pregnancy to provide guidance, encouragement, and resources for any questions you may have.
- On-Call Support - Beginning at 38 weeks, I will be available 24/7 to attend your birth whenever you need me.
- Immediate Postpartum Support - I will remain with you for 1-2 hours after birth to assist with initial bonding, breastfeeding support, and ensure you are comfortable.
- Optional Postpartum Visit - Within the first week after birth, I will visit to discuss your birth experience, answer newborn care or postpartum recovery questions, and offer additional support.
50% payment due upfront, rest due 4 weeks before due date.
